Iterative, spanning every stage across Southeast Asia and South Asia — from pre-product founders making their first architecture decisions to growth-stage teams scaling infrastructure. Each one facing technical decisions that are cheap to get right early and expensive to get wrong.
What I Did
- Technical Office Hours: Designed and ran a structured advisory programme pairing founders with relevant technical expertise across the portfolio
- 1:1 Consultations: Direct technical advisory on architecture, stack selection, hiring first engineers, and build-vs-buy decisions
- Architecture Reviews: Assessed technical approaches and recommended course corrections before they became expensive rewrites
- Peer-to-Peer Learning: Connected portfolio founders facing similar technical challenges, so lessons paid for once got reused across the portfolio
