Eliza has ~6 years of experience in applied research, with service and UX design skills to boot. She enjoys solving meaningful problems and dipping her toe into the unknown. When Eliza is not co-creating digital services transformation strategies with government agencies, she is coaching teams in design sprints and upskilling public officers in design thinking/ service design workshops. Eliza also finds time to hone her group facilitation skills through partnership and citizen engagement work in the public service.
Eliza believes that the best investment is in herself. She defies gravity through aerial arts and is an aerial yoga instructor. Eliza is passionate about gender issues and serves as Member Journey Director with the Young Women’s Leadership Connection.
